Carrier tape
- Carrier tape is one of the forms of component storage in electric manufacturing. It supplies quickly and easily SMD implantation machines with large amounts of materials.
- Pockets are made of the shape of components on thermoplastic tapes. Then pockets are covered with foil which prevents components from moving until use.
- The material of the tape is primarily homogeneous, black, monolayer polycarbonate, or Tri-Laminate PS+C (polystyrene with carbon)
- Width: Carrier tape pockets from 8-72 mm to 100-mm
- Wide range of standard sizes available (BGA; DPAK; PLCC; QFN; SO; SOIC; TSOP, etc.)
- We undertake the design and manufacture of custom carrier tapes based on technical data and sample.
